Architecture is Mathew’s passion in life, and he has spent most of the last 23 years gaining valuable professional experience. Armed with merely a pencil and whatever piece of paper may be in front of him, he can sketch out any design, often exceeding his clients’ hopes and dreams in both imagination and quality. He dedicates much of what little free time he has to preserving significant historic architecture by working alongside the Ipswich Historic Society. As a committee member of the Boston Society of Architects, Mathew has been involved in consulting for revisions to the new Massachusetts Building Code. It should be mentioned that architecture is not Mathew’s sole passion. He and his wife Sarah are actively involved in the Scottish Cummings Clan Society. Mathew can often be found with his kilt and bagpipes upholding his family tradition.
