“Cummings Architects designed 30 homes located on Fatherland Drive in Byfield, MA.  Each of these homes is a custom designed new house and was constructed in the neo-colonial style. Each house was designed with individualistic character speaking to each perspective home owner and sited to take advantage of each house lot in a natural manor ensuring that no two homes were the same.  This architectural concept allowed the each home to speak of the family who lived there while creating a neighborhood feel, which is often lost in society today.  This project was a pleasure to be involved with.”
